Pre-Made Items In-stock, pre-made items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Order Items Pre-order items are made to order and require additional production time. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your pre-order to be fulfilled and shipped. We appreciate your patience — every piece is worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
